The Ashtanga Primary Series.

Let this powerful and healing practise help build your strength, stamina and focus.  As we weave our way through the Primary Series, experience your breath as we synchronise each inhale, each exhale with flowing movements.  Feel how this ancient practise builds internal heat, so your muscles soften, your mind can relax and we detoxify through sweat.  This class is a creative, fun, yet challenging exploration into the foundations of Ashtanga Yoga.   Some hands on adjustments and suggestions on how to enhance your practice will also be included.
