Explore the forest with sound and reconnect to nature. Find stillness within through meditation and music with the help of Ny Oh and New Zealand's stunning forests. We'll be chatting about inspiration, native fauna, wildlife and sound as we walk with Papatūānuku - The Earth Mother. The walk will include a musical interlude where you are welcome to sit, write, meditate, or explore your surroundings. This mini adventure promises to be laid back, healing and reflective. Bring some water, a journal if you'd like and let's head out into the bush!
